The Resdev Way ran a brilliant race to finish second on his stable debut at Wolverhampton this evening. Held up at the rear of the field for most of the race he finished strongly to chase home The Craftymaster in the fourteen furlong 'Always Gamble Responsibly With BetUK Handicap'.

Now eleven years old, The Resdev Way defied his age and showed he's in fine shape after joining us from Micky Hammond at the end of 2023. He's been a grand servant to his owners and has now won twelve times from 110 starts and with earnings approaching £75,000.

"I was a little bit further back than I wanted to be, and a we went a bit wide round the bend", said jockey Joanna Mason after the race. "But I wanted to keep the momentum going and I didn't have to check him and he ran on well to the line."

A horse that loves his racing, he looks capable of adding further wins to his impressive tally.
