	TRAINER
	Michael Easterby
	Mick has trained racehorses on the flat and over jumps for over 60 years and he has sent out over 2,500 winners.

	TRAINER
	David Easterby
	David holds a joint training licence with his father, Michael. Previously, David was a successful amateur jockey and rode numerous Point-to-Point winners.

	JOCKEY
	Joanna Mason
	Joanna rides as a professional jockey, having gained her licence in November 2020.

	HEAD LAD
	Mark Cobb
	Mark is our Head Lad and looks after the bottom yard and keeps things running smoothly.

	HEAD LASS
	Dilys Sigsworth
	Dilys keeps the Sheepclose yard in order. She has worked here for many years, having joined in the late 1970s.

	APPRENTICE JOCKEY
	Lewis Chalkley
	Lewis joined the stable in 2022 and will ride as an apprentice jockey.

	TRAVELLING HEAD GIRL
	Katie Midgley
	Katie is well known for making long trips and she is no stranger to clocking up the miles with the horsebox.

	PTP TRAINER & SYNDICATE MANAGER
	Steph Easterby
	Steph is a successful Point-to-Point Trainer and does many jobs at the yard. She runs the Laura Mason Syndicate, the Mick & David Easterby Racing Club, the 100 Clubs and the Calcutta Dream Syndicate.

	PUPIL ASSISTANT TRAINER
	Emma France
	Emma runs the barn that houses the two-year-olds and luinges the horses that are not ridden. She also works in the office.

	RACING SECRETARY
	Wendy Jackson
	Wendy has worked here for over 25 years. She is responsible for the administration, the entries and the finances.

	VET
	Matt Swarbrick
	Matt is our vet, and provides a fantastic service looking after the health needs of our horses on behalf of Minster Equine.

	WORK RIDER
	Jane Bedford
	Jane has been here for many years now riding work and taking care of the horses. Jane looks after one of our ex-racehorses at home, multiple winner Itlaaq.

	AMATEUR JOCKEY AND WORK RIDER
	Serena Brotherton
	Serena is one of the country's top lady amateur riders and rides out most mornings.

	WORK RIDER
	Olivia Brownridge
	Olivia joined us in June 2023 and is at the start of her career in racing.

	WORK RIDER
	Sarah Finch
	Sarah works at the Sheep Close yard. She rides the horses on the gallops and can often be seen leading up our runners at the racecourse.

	WORK RIDER
	Eleanor Hollings
	Eleanor joined us in 2023 as a work rider. She also leads up the horses at the racecourse.

	AMATEUR JOCKEY AND WORK RIDER
	Philip Lawrence
	Philip joined us in February 2019 as a work rider. He also rides as an amateur on the flat and as a Point-to-Point jockey.

	WORK RIDER
	Sara Maggi
	Sara rides out every morning and also takes the horses racing.

	WORK RIDER
	Beth Parkin
	Beth joined in March 2023 as a work rider and rides out in a morning. She also takes the horses racing.

	WORK RIDER
	Parthena-Rose Sudlow
	Parthena joined us in the summer of 2022. She rides out in a morning and also leads up the horses at the racecourse. In May 2023 she led up Eligible when he won at York.

	RACING SECRETARY
	Sarah Lear
	Sarah joined us in summer 2019 as part time racing secretary. One of her tasks was to catch frogs who had found their way into the house!

	YARD STAFF
	Michael Schofield
	Mick joined the team as a work rider in January 2019. Michael has years of experience, having worked in racing for over 35 years. He was formerly a work rider for Neil King in Wiltshire.

	STABLE HAND (SATURDAYS)
	Alex Bland
	Alex attended the Open Day in September and fancied working at the yard, so she gave us a call and now comes in on Saturdays!

	FARRIER
	Rich Clark
	Often to be seen around the yard, main job: shoeing the horses.

	FUTURE JOCKEY
	Albert Easterby
	Albert helps with some of the jobs around the yard including feeding the horses.

	YARD MAN
	Spider
	Spider has worked here since 1972. He started out as a work rider but now keeps his feet firmly on the ground looking after the horses.

	VARIOUS
	The Hens
	A collection of ex-battery hens who provide a number of services including cleaning up spilt grain and producing wonderful eggs.

	PEST CONTROL AND SECURITY
	Patsy
	Patsy is a black Patterdale. She keeps the rat and mouse population down in the yard!

	PEST CONTROL
	Mick's Mousers
	We have a team of farm cats who patrol the farm for mice. They spend most of the day sleeping and prefer to work nights.
