Yorkstone returns at Newcastle on Tuesday after a summer break. Representing the Mick & David Easterby Racing Club the son of Mayson showed his liking for the all weather when winning at Southwell last December and then running a good race when runner up a month later over course and distance. |

We've an autumn campaign planned for him and he'll begin in the second division of the 'Download The Racecourse App Raceday Ready Handicap' over a mile at Gosforth Park. He's in good shape and we hope for further improvement in the four-year-old. The division of the race means that only nine horses go to post. |

Yorkstone has won three of his 14 starts and also been placed four times. He'll kick off his new campaign from a BHA mark of 70. |

Yorkstone is joined at Newcastle by Unplugged. Unplugged is yet to win on the all weather but has a string of good runs on artificial surfaces and we think he can go well. His last six runs on the all weather read 444434 and he'll be partnered by Joanna Mason for the first time since last October. A horse who likes to come from off the pace he needs them to go quickly and also some luck in running. |
