Nippasso is a smart filly by Sogann out of Chip N Pin, who was an eight-time Point-to-Point winner from 2011 to 2015 for trainer Ian Mason.
Sogann, from Frankel’s third crop, was bred in partnership by Al Shaqab Racing from the Royal Academy mare Rumored, making him a half-brother to dual Group 1 juvenile winner Dabirsim. Sadly he had a shortlived stud career and died in 2023. However, his first crop started well and he had his first winner as a sire in February when Quercine won at Southwell.
