Call To Action returned to winning ways this afternoon at Beverley by taking the We Are Christmas Party Central Handicap ridden by Joanna Mason for owners David Scott, Lee Westwood, Capla and Resdev.

The son of Soldier's Call had been runner up in three of his five starts this year and he came home at odds of 5/1 on the Westwood to record his second win since joining us in 2024.

Call To Action was produced with a late surge in the final furlong to collar Brummell in the shadow of the post and win by a neck to collect the £5,574 first prize money. Call To Action's run was perfectly timed by Joanna Mason who was riding her 48th winner of the season.
