Hazy Glen heads to Cumbria on Sunday for his first race over fences, as he makes his seasonal return after 302 days off the track. The six-year-old son of Lawman will line up for the two mile PricedUp Daily Racing Boosts 'Chasing Excellence' Beginners' Chase at Carlisle where he'll be ridden by Jamie Hamilton and he'll wear a first time tongue tie. Five horses have been declared and Juby Ball (129) has the highest handicap mark based on BHA hurdles ratings, and our horse has eight pounds to find from his rating of 121.

Hazy Glen will be bidding for his third career victory having already been successful in a Carlisle bumper on his debut in 2023 and also over hurdles at Haydock last December.
