Where's Jeff was on the mark again at Hamilton Park this afternoon as he battled to victory in the 'Alexander Braidwood & Sons Blantyre Ltd Veterans Handicap'.

The home-bred eight-year-old son of Haafhd was ridden by Joanna Mason and held on to defy the challenge of Restorer by a neck. It was his fourth win at the South Lanarkshire track and his third victory for Joanna.

Where's Jeff runs in the red and white silks of our wonderful owner Andrew Pollock who has now seen his colours carried to victory nine times by his favourite racehorse.

Where's Jeff is now just pennies short of a magical prizemoney haul, with his current earnings standing at £99,992.

Where's Jeff was named after our great friend, the late Jeff Atkinson, who always sorted our drainage issues on the Farm. When there was a problem with our drains the first thing anyone would say was 'Where's Jeff?'

Sadly Jeff Atkinson is with us no longer, having died in a road accident in August 2020.

Whenever Where's Jeff races it always evokes fond memories of our dear friend.
