The colours of Imperial Racing were in the winners' enclosure at Beverley this afternoon as Shimmering Sands took the Hurn Handicap under Shane Gray. |

Finishing runner up on his last outing on the Westwood, he made no mistake this time and saw out the longer trip to record his maiden win by six lengths. We tipped up Shimmering Sands on our Facebook page earlier today and we hope you were all on. |
